Founded in 2025 by registered nurse Chad Mangum, Ascend Health is the result of over 20 years of hands-on experience in home health, hospice, and post-acute care. Chad has personally owned and operated multiple healthcare agencies across the country—from Nebraska to Alaska—and brings that same leadership and accountability to every aspect of Ascend Health today.
